For me, when I go to a place to experience, what I pay most attention to is the service and the service of the staff because it is more important than the taste. When I arrived here, I was welcomed like a distinguished guest. I can't remember the faces of the staff because most of them looked similar. She served me very attentively, met all my needs in terms of serving dishes, table decoration, and her enthusiasm helped us feel comfortable and welcomed (I promised to write a review for her when I got back and apologize for the wrong name 😅). There were multiple instances where the food arrived in poor condition—contaminated (hair in pasta) or not prepared well (see attached photos). I communicated with the manager, but the response was disappointing and gave an “I don’t care” impression, an example will be the very bland lemon juice arrived that tastes like its made with water with drops of lemon lol, he apologized but said he cannot do anything because they lack employees 🤷‍♀️, and other times with the blame being placed on Grab. Despite trying to like Herbal, I’ve decided not to order from here again (Good thing, Muoi is available and better). Lovely food. Vegetarian and as well as otherwise as described to me by my friends. Quiet a lovely experience.

Try the 4 cheese pizza and ask them to make it without almonds.

Try the Margherita and ask them to skip the basil.

If you're into meat:

Try the lamb ribs and ask for it to be well-done.

And at the end try the Limoncello it's a nice Vodka based drink. Chug it fast and bit on the lemon like tequila.

You'll love the Pasta here too and the tomato soup.
