Tucked away in the charming city of Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, Adiuvat Coffee Roasters is a delightful spot for coffee enthusiasts and anyone seeking a relaxing escape. Stepping into the cafe, you're greeted by a warm atmosphere, a blend of classic and modern design elements, and the enticing aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans.
Coffee that Impresses The highlight of Adiuvat is undoubtedly their coffee. They take pride in using high-quality beans and employing traditional roasting techniques. I tried their signature Vietnamese iced coffee, and it was a revelation. The coffee was strong yet balanced, with a smooth texture and rich flavor. They also offer a variety of other coffee options, from lattes and cappuccinos to pour-overs and cold brews, catering to different preferences.
Beyond the Coffee While coffee is the star of the show, Adiuvat offers more than just a caffeine fix. They have a selection of refreshing fruit drinks, blended concoctions, and delicious pastries like croissants and chocolate buns. This makes it a great place to unwind and enjoy a light snack or breakfast.
A Local Touch What truly sets Adiuvat apart is its commitment to showcasing the local culture. The cafe uses traditional construction methods and materials, incorporating the skills of local artisans. This dedication to authenticity creates a unique and inviting ambiance that reflects the spirit of Binh Dinh.

Read moreI hesitated to write this review because I, selfishly, wanted to keep this hidden gem to myself. But it's time to share the joy of Adiuvat with everyone visiting Quy Nhon. Adiuvat makes hands-down the best coffee in Quy Nhon City, and in my taste, the best cup of coffee I've had, period. Their (iced) coconut coffee is a deliciously refreshing treat, especially in the heat. Adiuvat not only brews great coffee, they also meticulously source and roast their beans to perfection. I had the unique pleasure of joining the owners on a trip to a local coffee plantation, where they carefully researched the crops and beans. They cultivate a personal relationship with the coffee farmers that supply them. The owners know their business inside and out, from plantation to bean to roast to brew. While living in Quy Nhon, I routinely purchased both ground and whole bean coffee from the owners, fresh from the roaster. The owners are a delightful Quy Nhonese couple who became good friends of mine during the course of my stay and helped me get to know the city and surroundings during our hikes, excursions, and bicycle tours together. The cafe is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and built, a joy to hang out in, and a place where you can meet great people or simply chill. If you have children, don't miss the used children's book shop on the upper floor. There are a number of gems there. Overall, Adiuvat, like Quy Nhon, is a hidden gem waiting to...
Read more☕️ Beautiful Café, Great Coffee — But Disappointing Service I really wanted to love this place. The interior is absolutely stunning — calm, stylish, and perfect for relaxing or getting work done. The coffee itself is honestly excellent — one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam.
However, the staff attitude really affected the experience, especially one of the male staff members. I showed him a photo of the coffee I wanted, just to help communicate since I’m from another country, and his reaction felt quite arrogant — like he already knew and didn’t want the help. Later, when I asked politely for the Wi-Fi password, he seemed VERY annoyed and just pointed at the receipt without a word. For travelers like me, that’s not obvious or common.
Also, no one greeted me when I walked in or out, not even a simple hello or goodbye — which made the place feel a bit cold and unwelcoming. It’s such a small gesture but makes a big difference. On a more positive note, there was one kind woman at the counter who was actually lovely and very attentive — she stood out.
I gave the café a second chance and even returned twice, but unfortunately the atmosphere stayed the same. It’s a real shame, because with such great coffee and beautiful design, this place could be truly amazing.
In the end, I decided to change my coffee spot for the rest of my stay in Quy Nhon. Good coffee isn’t everything — kindness and warmth matter...
