ONE OF THE MUST-GO-TO PLACES IN HUE

It was a Friday morning that I went to Lang Co beach for sightseeing with my family. Then we were quite hungry and wanted to find a place to have lunch before continue our trip to Da Nang. As the area is quite tranquil and not so crowed hence it was hard to find a good one.

Then we found An Lagoon on Goole Map and decided to give it a try. My family and I arrived there at around 11 a.m and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who quickly guided us to our table. Everything went smoothly with the ordering, as the staff was quite knowledgeable about the menu and all the seafood dishes.

After ordering, it took just 10 minutes for the food to be served, and all the dishes looked really nice. The waiters and waitresses provided exceptional customer service during the meal, as they were always ready to bring us new plates or utensils whenever the ones we were using became dirty.

The meal was stunning, especially the grilled oysters with cheese. To be honest, it’s one of the best grilled oyster dishes I’ve ever had.

In addition, the landscape and decorations in the restaurant create a cozy yet vibrant vibe that I can hardly find anywhere else.

Food came out cold. Staff was busy catering to large tour groups. The energy was very chaotic. I’ve been to more seafood restaurants than i can count and this by far was 1 of the worst in terms of service. Even worse than local sheds of seafood restaurants.

The seafood itself was fresh. But we waited for our food for so long. Every dish came out so cold. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. We had to ask for our food 5 times. The manager and staff just said sorry without offering any explanation or actions. Manager looked annoyed when my mom asked when the food would come out.

Restaurant was quite unorganized, smelled weird, there were dirt and mold on the hanging cloth above the entrance to the washroom. The state of the place was unorganized chaos and dirtyness.
