Lovely location, staff were fine. They had toilets. However veryyyyyyy disappointing and overpriced food (see explanation below). The photo is how my food came. This is apparently Vermicelli Noodles with Vegetables. It cost 150K. As you can see, there are some vegetables (16 small mushrooms and I counted 6 slices of carrot as I ate) and some noodles. There is no way this is 150k worth of food though. Moreover, it tasted like extremely bland onion broth and was really oily for some reason. I understand they upcharge as it's a tourist spot, which honestly I would be fine paying for if the food was good but the food was bad. The owner responds to negative reviews saying show me evidence it is overpriced, I will. The average inexpensive restaurant in Vietnam will have meals between maybe 50k-70k, these are still packed with food and are high-quality meals. In a tourist spot, sure 150k might be a normal price for what I ordered but for the amount of food given, it would have cost no more than 15k to make: mushrooms are like 30k a kilo, carrots maybe 20k a kilo, & vermicelli noodles 20k for a pack. The broth was likely made from onions or something like that, it wouldn't have been costly at all. So, in sum, yes, the place is overpriced & expensive. I only came here because the tour company brought me here.

We were initially drawn in by the restaurant’s scenic outdoor view, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our visit. The overall cleanliness was appalling—not just at our table but across the entire beachside area, which was littered with trash. Service was painfully slow. Most of our dishes arrived staggered and cold, and by the time the lobster finally came out, we had already finished everything else. And that lobster? Absolutely inedible. It had a rotten, off-putting taste that made us question its freshness. Shockingly, instead of acknowledging the issue, the owner tried to prove the lobster was “fine” by asking another paying customer to taste it. Unbelievable and frankly unsanitary. We’ve eaten at countless casual outdoor spots across Asia, many with humble setups, but this was by far the worst. With poor hygiene, unacceptable food quality, and unprofessional service, this place is one we absolutely cannot recommend.

Stopped here for some lunch whilst biking from Hue to Hoi an as it was recommended to us by the bike rental guys. It’s a seafood restaurant that looks onto a nice and quiet beach. Service was good and my partner’s meal came out extremely fast - he ordered whole fried fish. I’d say it was out of the kitchen in 3-4 minutes whereas my prawns (pictured) were a good 10 minutes later. They store their fish in tanks where you can see them alive. 4/5 because the prawns were decent as were the potato fries however the whole fried fish was mediocre. There is also a male who is likely to accompany you at your table asking you to donate to his money collection!

Poor service and overcharged. Food is above average.

We specifically asked for portions of 0.5kg for clams and prawns as we wanted to have more dishes and won’t mind ordering more if it was good. They said will be too little but eventually they agreed. When the bill came, they charged for 1kg each and said it cannot be 0.5kg. Another dish of fish with photo showing 2 fishes came with 1 fish but price was for 2 fishes in the photo.

During the meal, the waiters kept forgetting our drink orders. A coconut came dripping because of a hole at the bottom but the waiter didn’t bother and still carried all the way to our table, wetting my friend’s trousers. They didn’t serve cutleries until reminded.

The clams and prawns were good though not fantastic. The rest were average.

I would say, go find a...
