4P’s Pizza in Binh Duong has sadly become a shadow of its former self. I visited today with high hopes, recalling fond memories of their Le Thanh Ton branch years ago, where the quality of the homemade cheese was unparalleled. The Camembert was excellent back then, and the brand exuded a sense of care and craftsmanship. However, the experience today left me thoroughly disappointed.
We ordered the four-cheese pizza, salmon fettuccine pasta, and a mozzarella and tomato salad. A good mozzarella should taste like milk, rich and creamy, not bland or watery. The mozzarella we had today was tasteless and lacked any real texture or depth—far from the standard of quality that 4P’s was once known for. The pizza and pasta were slightly better but still fell short. The four-cheese pizza, which should have been indulgent and rich, was bland, and the salmon fettuccine was a disappointment. It was drenched in far too much creamy sauce, masking any hint of salmon, and the portion was woefully small, amounting to just four forkfuls. Pasta, being one of the cheapest dishes to produce, should at least be served in a generous portion, especially at this price point.
The salad, a simple mozzarella and tomato pairing, suffered the same fate. The mozzarella was watery, devoid of flavour, and far from the creamy delight I had expected. The natural white wine we tried was a highlight, being organic and refreshing, but it couldn’t save the meal.
Adding to the disappointment was the salt cellar. It was damp, with moisture clearly seeping into the salt, despite the presence of a moisture-reducing packet inside. It’s small details like this that reflect a lack of attention to quality and care—elements that were once hallmarks of the 4P’s brand.
The overall experience felt like a compromise, a result of the company’s expansion. The products now feel mass-produced, lacking the artisanal touch that made 4P’s stand out. At nearly 900,000 VND, the meal was overpriced for what was served. Worse still was the upselling of their frozen pizza, which costs more than premium options available at Aeon Mall.
4P’s Pizza used to be exceptional. Today, it feels like a poorer cousin of its former self. Growth has seemingly come at the cost of quality, and while the food was acceptable, it was far from memorable. Three stars, as it’s just average now—nothing more,...
Read moreWriting this review because I thought my complaint would have been handled better when I said it while I was there earlier today. I went in with a photo of a pizza I had ordered before because I was unsure which one it was exactly. After seeing the menu, I was sure what it was, but when I asked to order it, I was told I couldn't and they didn't offer that, even though I showed on the menu what it was. I understand it was not a common order, but last time I went in, they managed to make it, and it was wonderful. This time, I was unable to get it and was given an unreasonable reason as to why not. Then later, even though it was acknowledged by what seemed to be a head service staff member, all I got was a free scoop of ice cream. Wow. Far from what I feel was adequate compensation. Also, the atmosphere between the evening and when I went this afternoon was massively different. Very disappointed 😞 And hope this gets attention from...
Read moreDuring a recent trip to Bình Dương, I discovered one of the Pizza 4P’s franchise locations at Hikari Complex area, and I have to say, it left quite an impression.
I won’t go into much detail about the food because, for me, Pizza 4P’s has always been a favorite. Beyond their incredible pizzas, the menu offers a variety of well-crafted dishes that never disappoint. But what truly stood out about this location was the space itself.
This branch is beautifully designed, blending a warm and welcoming ambiance with a modern, stylish touch. The décor creates a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere, making it an inviting place whether you’re dining with friends, family, or just looking for a relaxed meal.
If you ever find yourself in Bình Dương, I highly recommend experiencing this particular Pizza 4P’s location. It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s a place where great food meets great ambiance, elevating the entire...
