The Burger Melt Kitwe — Restaurant in Copperbelt Province

Some time ago, I asked for burger recommendations in Kitwe, and I was recommended The Burger Melt Zambia. Today, I went to find it and try it out. Let's start with the atmosphere - simple setup around the pool area. Outside tables on the grass and inside bar area. The service was great. I was greeted on arrival and served with speed. I asked the waiter what burger was recommended, and she referred to the Shuga Dzadi Cheese Burger. The food arrived after 20 minutes, and I started with the chips, which were so fresh and crispy ( I almost finished it before digging into the burger). The first bite into the charcoal grilled patties and bacon and the flavors were popping in my mouth. OMG!! The burger is delicious. At first, I had to look inside because it tasted like grilled brisket. The sauce im still trying to identify how to explain the flavors, but this burger is a perfect match. Was this worth k150, YES, and I will recommend this burger to anyone who loves burgers. I will definitely try a different burger just to see if the quality and taste come to this one.

Burger melt has really nice juicy burgers and food I enjoyed my meal. The problem is the customer service. It's horrible. The people are disorganized. No one to welcome people coming in and quickly give the menu and also just show available places where one can sit. The food took like an hour to be prepared. I'm just glad I had the patience to wait because I would have left. The atmosphere isn't quite nice. If they could do a bit of renovations or nice cleaning up to make it more nicer and aesthetic. The tables are small,there is no proper seating place if you're a group, The food doesn't sit well on those round tables. There is no sink nearby if you want to wash your hands I don't know if they expect us to use the one in the toilet. I just hope they would see this and consider rectifying some of...

Made a booking for a group of 14 a week before. Had given list of meals to be had and was asked to pay so payment for meals were made in full and agreement was to have food served on the day at 13hrs.

We got there on the day and kitchen had no knowledge of our agreement.. I had a receipt and proof of all communication on phone. Took ages to get a refund!
