I love how not packed this place is on the days when i'm there. The environment is calm and the customer service isn't bad. Although, sometimes the person that's serving you doesn't usually keep tabs on you unless you call them. NB: Their ginger tea is the truth.

I was treated very disrespectfully by a waitress out of everyone present in the lounge she decided to tell us that they where closing the bar and we needed to make the last take note that this was during a football match I asked if we could go after the game her response we can't be waiting on you there is no one here meanwhile a full table of people on my left didn't receive that information then when I approached the manager Mr kangwa she denied ever telling us to leave very unprofessional,I...
