Disappointing Experience at Hungry Lion

Honestly, this was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed by Hungry Lion.

The service was terrible. The staff member assisting us seemed uninterested and like she didn’t want to be there.

We ordered a sit-in meal, but no tray was provided. My workmates ordered the Big Boss Meal, but the fries were missing, and we had to go back to request them. We also ordered a Pepsi, but it wasn’t included because the staff member claimed she didn’t hear us. 🤦🏾‍♀️ When it came time to pay we couldn't use mobile money while all other hungry lions I have been to provide this option

When we asked for a tray, we were told they were out of trays. However, we were the only ones dining in at that time. It seemed like no effort was made to check. Eventually, the supervisor had to step in and found a tray, explaining that it had been misplaced.

The food itself was overly salty, which was disappointing.

Lastly, when I went to wash my hands, there were no tissues available. Instead, there was a dirty, wet wipe left behind, making the experience even more unpleasant.

Honestly if I could give no star at all I would. Cause it was a waste of my time money and hungry...

I'm honestly not happy with the hungry lion by munali mall especially deliveries. It's either they pack less fries that don't fill the packet, sometimes there is no sauce plus the serviettes and the meat is too crunchy like it's overcooked and has a burnt taste and not fresh most of the times. It's not the first time this is happening and you honestly need to improve on that. However the walk in service...

Sometimes the food is cold, sometimes not, overall the place has good quality food, a little improvement would be ideal.

The wifi is good, especially when a few people are using it, and also customer service is good, but not...
