I’ve been eating at RocoMamas for a long time now. I usually enjoy both the food and the service, but today has shown me how unfortunately inept the branch is.

I ordered three burgers and chicken strips. Two of the three burgers were up to standard and matched my order. However, the third burger — the Trippy Maxy, left medevasted. The level of disappointment it brought was honestly enough to make one cry.

The Trippy Maxy is normally made with beef, but I specifically requested a chicken substitute. Any reasonable person would assume that means crispy chicken breast, the employees call it “Southern Fried”. Instead, the Roccomamas Pinnacle Mall, served me grilled chicken breast.

Let me ask you this: Have you ever wanted to eat grilled chicken breast with cheese, bacon, and sauce? I doubt it. It's a rather nauseating. Its completely degrades the essence of a burger.

To make matters worse, I asked for no pickles, and yet pickles were still included. As soon as I opened the burger, they were the first thing I saw. As a country this isn't right, people who pay for a product shouldn't be treated like this.

Regarding the chicken strips, I was told the full order would take 15 minutes. While the burgers were ready on time, the strips took an additional 15 minutes with no explanation, just a full team of employees doing what I interpreted as very little.

When you spend your own hard-earned money on a meal and find out they've messed up, you’d be mad too.

Its brought me to the level of sadness and vexation that's I've thought about making my own burger place to put Roccomamas out of business. Nevertheless the market is so over-saturated that I doubt it'd be profitable.

Despite the poor service and horrible tasting trippy maxy, I've decided that I will eat Roccomamas again on the 16th of July. In the case that management see this complaint, just know, I will be back on the 16th for...

I have been here several times before, a patron since it opened up, and I initially thought, "It's not a bad place, vibrant young staff with fake names! Lol" Sadly, the standards here have dropped several levels from 10 to 2. I would rate it now.

As I had reviewed earlier, I had had issues here before that management quickly handled well as they were accommodative. Yesterday, however, circumvented my views of this place. I had heard many complaints from people and thought they were just unlucky, but yesterday, I literally had to walk out of this place with my new fiancé. I've never been so annoyed as the waitress and her supervisor made me here.

The atmosphere here is not so great to start with, it's like music has been played on some very cheap loud radio with very poor sound quality which has the potential to spoil your meal as it is flat out noisy. There's no stationary. We had to share one menu. The waitress did not smile at all, making it a very hostile environment.

We opted to go to centro Mall, which is only 1km away. burgers are more affordable there, and the service was amazing. Presentation I very neat 👌 and the staff is nice. There are now many places to go for a decent burger, ribs, or whatever is offered here. The place is not what it used to be anymore. For the price of food here, you're better off going to an actual restaurant
