I went to Cafe nush today and ordered smoked chicken on flat bread. Terrible experience. 1. It took ages for our order to come out. 2. When our food eventually came out, my meal smelled and tasted off. Everyone at the table agreed it was off. So I asked the waitress for something new, and the waitress came back and said the kitchen staff had tasted it, and it tasted fine because that's how they smoked the chicken. She and the manager then said they had compared it to the other food and insisted that the food was fine. They even went on to pack it for me and said I had to pay for it. I have found out that they do this often!!!

I stood by the entrance being ignored for a few minutes. I didn’t know you could just walk in…anyway eventually sat down and got service. Not the friendliest to warrant a generous tip… Ordered Mushroom Burger…the blandest burger I’ve ever had…no amount of salt could do this thing justice. The mushroom sauce looked and tasted like it was out of a can and not even hot. The chips and cappuccino were decent. Would not be in a hurry to go back to this location!

This café in Highland Park Harare is a decent option for a mid-day or evening coffee. There are some good bakery options also available here. The coffee varieties are not abundant, but they make good cappuccino and espresso. The ambience is always an additional motivation to stop-by and have a coffee here. There is ample parking space. Best time is the mid-day, or early evenings. The staff is well behaved, and service times are bearable.

A Perfect Brew at Café Nush, Harare

There are few simple joys in life that compare to the first sip of a well-brewed coffee, especially when it's enjoyed in a cozy café with an inviting atmosphere. Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing exactly that at Café Nush in Harare, and I must say, it was nothing short of delightful.

Nestled in the heart of the city, Café Nush is known for its warm ambiance, friendly staff, and an impressive menu that caters to both coffee lovers and food enthusiasts alike. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly ground coffee beans, setting the stage for what would be a memorable caffeine fix.

I opted for a cappuccino, and from the very first sip, I knew I was in for a treat. The balance between the bold espresso and the velvety milk foam was spot on, creating a rich yet smooth texture that danced on my palate. The presentation was just as appealing, with a delicate latte art design that added an aesthetic touch to my morning indulgence.

Beyond the coffee, what stood out to me was the overall experience. The staff at Café Nush were attentive and passionate about their craft, ensuring that every cup was brewed to perfection. Whether you're looking for a quiet spot to work, a cozy corner to unwind, or simply a good cup of coffee to fuel your day, this café ticks all the boxes.

If you're in Harare and have a love for quality coffee, I highly recommend stopping by Café Nush. It’s a place where every sip tells a story, and I, for one, can't wait to return for another cup of their expertly crafted brew.

So I love cafe Nush , have frequented the Avondale place and loved it as always . This one night my friend suggests let’s go to highlands park . We placed our order, and suggest the drinks come whilst we are waiting for the food . There was a live band , the atmosphere was was really good and we were in a very good mood . Problem was when we got our order . Our waitress Ashielegh presented the food so quickly and left . We just figured it’s quite a busy night and decided to let her leave and come back , as we opened our takeaways so excitedly we noticed the steak we had ordered medium was well done , literally no sign of it being medium well at least . When she went to the next table we had to call her back and when she did we explained how the steak was not as to our expectations. And the response we had was “ It’s not my fault . I punched medium . If honestly that’s how they train their waiters to talk to people at highlands park I have no words . We tried to show the steak to her so that she could take the steak back or at least apologize. But she literally gave us attitude. Honestly I am very unhappy with that , my whole night was ruined . The fact that I had to explain myself even as I was exiting the place was already too much . Good...

I recently visited Cafe Nush (Highland Park) for lunch and was quite disappointed by the service. Despite the delicious food, the slow service and disorganized wait staff made for a frustrating experience. The wait for our food and service was unnecessarily long, and it was clear that the restaurant staff was poorly trained. Our server seemed overwhelmed and was unable to keep up with our singular request, leaving us waiting for long periods of time without the chance to place an order.

Despite the service, the food was good. However, the slow service and disorganized wait staff detracted from the overall dining experience.

Overall, I would recommend Cafe Nush (Highland Park) for the food alone, but be prepared for unnecessary long and frustrating wait times. It’s clear that the restaurant is in need better trained staff to provide efficient and effective service. I am writing this review in Cafe...
