Went to Roccos to hang out with my girls. The food itself was okay, no complaints there as it were. But the service! We had to remind our waiter to bring cutlery and sauces and serviettes, of which normal serving routine is that this is supposed to come before the food. But all that was forgivable as it seemed he was still under training and you could see that he was really trying his best. But our biggest problem was with the cashier. Unfortunately, we wanted to split the bills and all had large denominations of money. Change was a challenge. This is totally common and understandable. But the cashier was plain rude to us. We were all trying to cooperate considering other means of payment but you could hear from the tone of her voice that she was just plain irritated. This was highly disappointing to experience.

Edit. I solo dated here yesterday and I must say my experience was a vast improvement on my previous time. I was attended to almost immediately and chose to have a chicken burger with bacon and avo when it arrived it was beef but I think that was my fault not the kitchens. The burger was very nicely cooked with a hint of pink. In allal pleasant time. It was less than adequate. The burgers were dry. The beef burger was inedible. The service was below average. The waffles were good at the end of the meal. Our bill when it arrived was incorrectly calculated and the manager ended up having to Intervene to help us with that. Overall this was not a great experience.

The ribs were dry and the BBQ sauce too sweet, the salad was not good because now it was a mix of the super sweet ribs and the very tangy salad. But I did enjoy the chips and the blueberry milkshake. The food also took forever to come out of that kitchen.

RocoMamas Highlands Park has a great atmosphere—vibrant, casual, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The food was delicious as always, and we received excellent service from our waiter, nicknamed Ghost, who was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.

One area for improvement would be the adoption of more modern conveniences, particularly technology. WiFi should be readily available for patrons without having to request a password. In this digital age, easy internet access is a basic expectation and would definitely enhance the overall customer experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at RocoMamas Highlands Park, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was vibrant and casual, perfect for hanging out with friends or family.

What truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Babyface. He was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His friendly demeanor and excellent service skills are definitely worth mentioning.
