I recently purchased chicken and chips along with a burger for take away from this restaurant (Avondale branch) and unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken was tasteless, lacking any flavor or seasoning. The chips were also cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while.

To make matters worse, the burger I ordered was supposed to be a double smashstar, but I was served a single instead, no seasoning for the burger pattie. This was extremely disappointing as I paid for a more substantial burger and did not receive what I had ordered.

We went there for mother's day, it was fully packed it took us almost if not an hour to get a sit. The staff did all they can they were very nice our food was served a bit late but I can understand it was fully packed. What I was disappointed with is the food, this was my second experience with rocomamas, and I must say there is something missing with your food I don't know if it's the spices or what but the food doesn't match the hype.
