We arrived for a tour and tasting, for which you will need a reservation to get past the guard at the front gate. Once inside, the friendly staff quickly take you on a fascinating tour. Our guide was quite knowledgeable, although we sometimes had difficulty following her English... our fault for knowing little Spanish. Although it was a little difficult to get into the restaurant at first since the door was locked, we ended up going to the opposite building to obtain some help. Everything was smooth after that.
