Well, with touring the amazing falls in the mornings, the afternoons and evenings are pretty free unless you go away out of town. And this was an excellent experience, not too expensive, and very relaxing. 😊
They have reasonably priced food and drink available for purchase, and my partner and I enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend taking this tour!
And some advice is that when, about a quarter of the way through the Toor, you turn back up the Iguazú river, walk to the front on the outside and just enjoy the peacefulness and scenery. There was a very pleasant breeze, and the sun was behind us, and it was really pretty awesome! Probably stood out there enjoying for a half hour until we docked.
Oh, and a second piece of advice. There were not very many taxis available, so you might wanna get off quickly after you return and zip up the hill to where they’re parked, or you might have to climb that steep hill...
Read moreWe arrived in Puerto Iguazu for a few days and on the first day we wanted to relax so we went into town to have lunch then after booked the boat ride , 3pm . I think I did not pay attention and thought they brought us up to the falls from below. It's simply a ride up the river then back and around the intersection of the three countries , Brazil , Paraguay and Argentina. It's not complicated but for $7 USD it was well worth it. I would do this over walking to the view points in Argentina or Brazil. You also get a nice perspective from the river ....
Read moreThis is the last thing we did before our flight home. Our chofer Juan said it was a can't miss, and he was right. Juan took care of the reservations, so all we had to do was finish up our morning shopping. The views of the Triple Frontera while sailing along the Iguazu and Parana rivers were incredible.
There's unlimited caipirinhas included with your ticket (which was about around $30 for 2 adults and a small child), and a food and drinks available...
