Just seems they want to make money money money. Regardless of what area you’re in, there’s kids of wrong ages and heights in the wrong areas, so kids that are 8,9,10 in the playground with my 3 year old.
Yet the staff are more interested in telling me that my Lorna Jane grip socks aren’t allowed and I needed the Bounce socks.
Most of the food available is rubbish. I have to eat certain food and I bought my own, was happy to buy food for my son, so still spending money. But they refused to microwave my sealed food.
I ordered what I thought was an iced long black on the app, because that was literally the picture- it was an iced coffee, like with cream and ice cream. And also I was scolded by the manager because I took so long to collect it- “we texted you many times” yeah sorry 1. I didn’t get any messages 2. I’m a single parent, can’t really just leave my kid unattended to pickup a coffee.
The manager was so condescending to me about the incorrect coffee “so you realise that you selected this in the app”. Regardless of the incorrect photo.
On my way out, saw the same manager scolding one of the employees that looked like she was about to break down in tears. Behind the counter, in front of customers. Felt so so bad for her.
I gave two starts because you can see some of the staff genuinely care about customer satisfaction, and are very polite.
We probably would come here fairly regularly if it weren’t for these factors, to be honest I avoid it like the plague and would rather give the Imagination place up...
Read moreMy children had a fantastic time at Bounce! We went there with my 6 and 8 year olds and bought the extra half hour online. They were engaged for the entire time and didn't have to wait long for turns. My older child was just big enough to go in the Xpark and it has a range of experiences for older children too. There is also spaces designated only for under 5s. We also saw someone instructing a class and it looked quite interesting. We spoke to the instructor after he was finished to ask about what he was doing and he was very easy to talk to and eager to share his information. We really appreciated this and felt so welcome.
My children liked talking to the workers and they were always friendly. They were also happy to help. They demonstrate moves on the trampoline and looked genuinely happy to be working there.
At one point near the end of our time, my daughter bounced a bit funny and hurt her neck (she's fine). Henry was supervising the area and noticed, and he immediately came to check on her. He was thorough, asking her to move in certain ways to check the injury and he offered her a heat pack. Wanting to be certain, he called for another worker to come and check on her. Henry spent quite some time helping to improve my daughter's mood and he seemed to really care, not just doing his job.
Fantastic employees! We will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for an...
Read moreHad my son's birthday party at bounce over the weekend which was awesome. To start the place was nice and cool for a 40° day and as soon as we walked in the staff at the check-in desk were happy served us straight away, took us to the meeting area and went through everything that will happen for the party. While waiting for the rest of the kids to arrive our awesome party host introduced herself to everyone, she gave out a par of grippy socks to all the kids. The party host interacted really well with all the kids and made sure all the kids were having fun but what really stood out for me was that she remembered all there names. After the kids had had there bounce time we all moved to the party room which had its own air conditioning unit and was really cool which was good as the kids were really hot from jumping around, all the party food was already set so the kids could eat and talk, the party host managed the room really well and even cut and served out cake after signing happy birthday Overall we all had a great time (That night my son thanked me for the best party playing with his...
