Was sent a letter telling me my mother's ashes had been sent to the funeral home for me to pick up but when I arrived they weren't there. They'd allowed someone who had absolutely no authority whatsoever to take my mum's ashes and they were at another funeral home. A year and a half later I'm still furious and can't help wondering whose ashes I have. If they hand them out to just anyone how can I be sure they don't make other huge mistakes and that I don't have someone else's loved one? I don't feel like it's my mum. Thanks a lot...
Read moreThey have no respect for ashes once the lease expires they take people out and bury them in a unknown un locatable place. Well that's the story. I still think they use them for mulch. My great grand children will never be able to visit them . It's very Sad. They also don't look for you very hard. If you can't visit as I can't bed ridden ,you don't know they are going to move them.
