This Arboretum is located within the Waite campus grounds of the University of Adelaide. It is open to the public from dawn till dusk every day of the year except for total fire ban days. Around 800 plant species grow in this 27 hectare area under natural rainfall. Guided tours are conducted by volunteers on each first Sunday of the month. No need to register. Just meet at Urrbrae House at 11am. The tour finishes at 12.30pm. I attended one of these sessions and found it quite informative. It's a shame that the labyrinth has been removed.
