Read moreThe manager at Biella is rude. Whenever he is busy he behaves as if you are ruining his day by ordering food from him. I rang to confirm they had received my order. He said it would be ready in 5 minutes and hung up on me. Our food arrived 75 minutes later. Door dash is awful. There is no confirmation notification or update. They always deliver at least half an hour after predicted time - at least from Biella. The food is acceptable and local. I don’t wish to be treated this way again so will go further...
