I visited this cafe with my family and all three of us had a fantastic breakfast accompanied by great service. I ordered the eggs benedict and finally received a quality hollandaise sauce which I rarely get at other cafes.
My wife's chili eggs were very tasty with a good amount of heat. Her side of haloumi was perfectly cooked considering it can easily be overcooked and a bit tough to eat.
We also ordered a side of "dirty sweet potato fries" which was unbelievably good. Fries topped with bacon bits, melted cheese, guacamole and sirarcha aioli. The portion was huge. I'd come back just for this!
For drinks we had two coffees and a hot chocolate. All of our drinks were great with the barista making the hot chocolate for our young child less hot which was a welcomed consideration.

Read moreFood was really tasty but I was disappointed with the mislabeling of allergens on the menu - I was ordering for a celiac friend and she'd asked for the potato fries which were marked as gluten-free on the menu. Thankfully I asked about it as the staff then admitted that the same fryer used on these is used for many gluten containing products, meaning it is cross-contaminated. If they fully know it is cross-contaminated with gluten, then they shouldnt be marking it as gluten-free on their menu in my opinion - that seems irresponsible. Not everyone likes to make a fuss or has the confidence to advocate for themselves when ordering, they might trust the menu to be accurate, and i believe ultimately this could have dangerous consequences. I also felt like the staff were frustrated with me for even asking about it (maybe they were just having a stressful day,...
