IGA Bentley — Attraction in Bentley

I’ve recently moved into the area so have been going to IGA Bentley for my groceries. Over the last 8 mths Ive noticed mould on nearly all the fruit n veg produce or its days from going off but still at full price. The ice cream products at the back have icicles inside the containers or the ice cream is runny. This maybe was due to the fridge not working well and a month back was turned off for repair. All prices are higher than that of Woolworths or Cole’s and are either out of date or dam near to it. I bought Basil 🌿 last night to make dinner and had to go out again to get some from Spudshed because it had mould in it and smelt off. The shop has just about everything you need, although not as massive selections like Woolworths, but that doesn’t matter as the prices here are quite good. The markdowns on expiring food is also very large, so look at for those. The staff here are very friendly and patient, and the overall cleanliness of the shop is to a good level. The only flaws are that certain things aren't well organised, and the entryway is a little congested. It would be lovely if the shop's façade had a makeover to better represent the shop's wonderful...

The store has all essentials and basic groceries. Not the best deals in town. Coles and Woolies are matching and beating the price. I was excited on the launch of IGA rewards program and got myself a rewards card, but unfortunately one needs to get a separate card for each IGA store which is annoying and not sustainable.
