Read moreOverall experience. 🙌🏻 Wisdom feel. You need to park your vehicle near the board saying Cameron Boyd Reserve. On map the parking is named as “The Boneyard car park, Cliff Drive, Kiama Downs NSW”. At times people are around and don’t know where to head for the visit of BOMBO HEADLAND.
So, simplest way is, park your vehicle at the boneyard car park and walk toward Cameron Boyd Reserve. After hardly 500 meters walk you find a board saying Headland to your left. And now, you can follow the directions on the way, for all the way to Bombo headland.
On the way, you will find a board saying 100 meters to Boneyards, don’t miss out The boneyard! It’s amazingly awesome. Walk down to that place, it’s seriously worth it.
Walk back to the point you diverted to boneyard and continue your walk towards Bombo headland.
The view from the top is super super super charismatic and you have a lot to see all around. The rocks, sea, splashes, mountains, wide sky, horizon, much more.
Don’t give this place another thought. It’s a must go place. I visited the place almost at sunset. So couldn’t make it most out of my visit. But still I loved the sunset shade of sky while I was there. Plan your trip accordingly. As, this whole walk and covering both the points and enjoying the view at both the places could take around 2-3 hours at least. Carry a hat, if it’s a sunny day. I would prefer to take comfortable sports shoes to walk those ups and downs.
