Bunnings Bunbury 17/9/25 Served by Sha at the paint desk. My husband and I were left standing there for an easy 15 mins waiting for our paint to be coloured. There were 3 girls behind the counter and Sha being the person that was suppose to be mixing our paint but instead she decided chatting to the other girls was more important. Eventually she strolled across walking that slow that I’m surprised she didn’t trip over her own feet. At that point we were frustrated and getting angry. She never apologised for the long wait being that we were literally the only customers waiting for that time. Her expression on her face was that she didn’t care at all and clearly my husband and I were taking her time up.

MY GOD !!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS GIRL AND HOW SHE MADE MY HUSBAND AND I WAIT SO SHE COULD PUT HER ATTENTION TO THE OTHER TWO EMPLOYEES FOR THAT LONG LENGTH OF TIME WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE. SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE A EMPLOYEE OF BUNNINGS.

I HOPE MANAGEMENT READ THIS AND GIVES HER POSITION TO A PERSON WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK AND SERVE...

SH1T is the best way to describe how I felt on my visit to Bunnings Bunbury today! Got a broken foot, had to get a few things to be delivered at my place as I am renovating and when I went to the desk to ask if I could order and get it delivered the lady in the desk said that I had to walk around the store and grab her the item codes and if I wasn’t happy doing that I had to do it online… like (????) How am I suppose to walk around in a broken foot to get the items code for her if she was literally standing in front of her computer where she could EASILY take the codes from it! Despite the fact that she said if we needed to get delivered they would just put the items that I bought which would be not cheap on the verge and we had to deal with that after. After that horrible service me and my husband didn’t bother even buy with them. Horrible customer service! Never felt so...
