We attended today (myself and a 2 year old) and had a wonderful time. The displays are clean, easily viewable and Steve (the owner) even provided a step so that the little children can see the snakes in the higher exhibits. We spent about an hour there which is longer than most people would likely spend there but we love snakes, crocs, turtles and all other reptiles, so we just kept looking. We were very lucky, Steve was brilliant with us and let the little fella hold a tree snake, a lizard and feed the turtles! He had such a great time he hasn’t stopped talking about it since we left! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in reptiles and also a great, easy activity with children. Steve is a true professional, exceptionally safe and gentle with the animals in his care, his passion is contagious. 2 year olds also get in for free and adults are only $12.50 so a nice cheap and...
Read moreMy partner and I had an awesome time visiting reptile world next to the big banana although the place is quite smaller than I thought it would be. the cost for an adult is $12.50 and concession is $10 I believe. The animals are awesome but is mainly just snakes. There is a saltwater crocodile called snappy who is just adorable but I felt a bit sad looking at how small his enclosure was. To take photos with the animals I believe you have to pay $20 per person but you must take photos and on your own phone. I wanted to get a gift from the place As well but not many options and quite pricy. It would be awesome to have things like postcards or what not. I just wish the place was a lot bigger and for the $10 per person we spent we only spent a maximum of 10 minutes there because there isn’t much. I did love the animals but so much more...
Read moreIf you're not sure about taking part of this experience, definitely do it!!! It was a spontaneous decision today to enter reptile world and I'm so incredibly glad I did. It was fairly cheap for 2x adults, 2x children and worth every dollar. It is a small area but don't let that fool you! There is plenty to see and engage in. There was a man on today who was super friendly and interactive. I had many questions and he was so open to giving the answers. You can tell he is proud of what he does/takes part in at reptile world. You can also interact with a couple lizards and even a snake. They were super chill and loved the attention! Oh and not to mention, snappy the crocodile!! I highly recommend checking the place out...
