Donnybrook is a must-stop for us for our road trips in WA since 2018 and there’s no better place than Apple Fun Park to let the kids out of the car to expend the pent up energy that they’ve accumulated along the way. While Donnybrook may be thought to be small town to many tourists, this playground is hidden gem that is far more up to date and engaging than those found in larger cities in WA and where we came from (Singapore). Let’s put it this way - most of the adults in our group found ourselves engaged in at least one of the playground activities. We were supposed to do 15-minute pit stops here but they always ended up to be at least 1 to 2 hours.

A beautiful, bright, new park for all aged kids. Clean, Public amenities onsite with stunning 'Brenton See' flora/fauna mural on the exterior (stunning artwork). Instrumental playground where the kids can play 'music'. A flying fox (zipline), spiral slide as well as all the normals for the kids. One side is for big kids, the other caters to the littlies. A large undercover BBQ with seating too. Also a small grassed area to have a hit of cricket or kick the footy. You could easily spend half a day here if you came down to cook up your lunch and let the kids go nuts. Beautiful.

Fenced off for safety, plenty of lighting, bbq's, shaded sitting areas Levels of playing for all ages and abilities, very cool interactive musical game station Well maintained toilets, water fountain station, plenty of parking Donnybrook is a gorgeous town with fantastic bakeries, apple park is a great place to let the kids run off some energy before the next leg of the trip

We were holidaying nearby and my daughter and niece wanted to see the Park rebuild as we had seen online the old version was being upgraded and completed a few months ago,the girls were impressed,and couldn't wait to enjoy it. They are both 19yr olds but still young-at-heart and little kids when it comes to Donnybrook's new APPLE PLAYGROUND.. So if it rates a 10/10 by these big kids, then every other younger one will be in love with what it has to offer,as there's so many things to climb,swing and...
