John Tonkin Reserve — Attraction in East Fremantle

A great park for kids of all ages, toddler to upper primary. Keep an eye on smaller kids however as the river isn’t completely fenced off. The cafe next door is convenient for grabbing a coffee or something to eat. Otherwise, with barbecues available, bring something from home and have a full picnic in this picturesque location. this park I have noticed is very dog friendly and I've also noticed to the fact there's one walking past every few minutes and honestly say it would be a dog walk meet up location, pet owners are quite found of saying hello and are very friendly natured . Went to John Tonkin Reserve for my daughter’s school mates Birthday . The Zepher Cafe apparently own the toilets ? They locked them at 4pm on a Sunday. To my knowledge you can’t own the realestate at a reserve. So no one was able to go to the toilet . Poor management Town of...
