We're not allowed to bring reusable coffee mugs because of COVID 19 restrictions, however this is useless if the bare handed barista gives a dog with its paws up on the counter a treat, then continues to make coffees. Stops at one stage to wipe her nose with the back of her hand, doesn't wash her hands after but continues making coffees. 😨 The emphasis on preventing COVID19 contagion is hand hygiene and coughing and sneezing hygiene etiquette. Read moreVery bad experience with this coffee shop, staff wasn’t very helpful and very rude. I ordered 5 items to take away, 4 of them being hot drinks, and when I asked if they have a coffee tray or a box to carry my orders, they gave me a rude “No” answer. Then I said how am I going to carry all of these because I have my 3 years old with me and I have to cross the road to go to the car, then they responded by saying “carry them with your hands and your kid have hands too”. I’m not impressed with that response. Definitely not coming back to this place.
