Pizzey Park, located on the Gold Coast, is a popular destination known for its extensive sports facilities and natural beauty. The park features amenities such as a playground, picnic sites, BBQ areas, dog-friendly spaces, and wheelchair accessibility. It also has facilities for a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball, rugby, and swimming, making it a great place for both casual visitors and athletes.

The park’s walking and bike paths are well-regarded, with several routes available that offer scenic views, including the “Scenic Pizzey Park” route. It’s a good spot for walking, running, or simply enjoying the outdoors. The park is also home to the Miami Aquatic Centre and several sporting clubs, contributing to its reputation as a hub for community activities and events.

Visitors appreciate the natural surroundings, including the Pizzey Park Pine Forest, which adds to the tranquil atmosphere. Wildlife enthusiasts might encounter birds like lorikeets and kookaburras, as well as other native species.

Overall, Pizzey Park is highly rated by visitors for its versatility, accessibility, and the variety of activities it supports, from leisurely picnics to competitive...

I frequent this park on a weekly basis taking my kids to tennis, swimming, rugby, rugby league trainings and games. The precinct itself is huge and well stacked however the council in recent years have decided it to be a good idea to build a skate park and then most recently a bike park off the side of the rugby fields. This has now become a breeding ground for societies undesirables. We have witnessed 14-19yo rat-tailed trash riding ebikes at around 80km/hr intentionally within arms length of 5yob children playing innocently. We have had parents at the sports club report their toddlers crying on leaving the park and subsequently waking during the night with nightmares about this harassment. The police cant do anything and the council have spent millions inviting them to congregate with no fencing or security. These sackless inbreds are ruining positive community direction and I'd advise to steer clear of Pizzey until council or police relocate this meeting spot to the middle of the highway or somewhere suitable for the lack of...

Great place for getting off the hustle and bustle on the roads which are overcrowded. It's a very big hear I mean there is so much room you can find a place there and you will be the only one that's how big this place is has everything from tennis, skatepark, running track, soccer fields, baseball field, a couple netball courts, rugby field, it has two separate entrances, backs onto canals and also right next to Burleigh bears the Miami swimming pools with some of their best swimmers representing Australia in the Olympics and Commonwealth games if you are a local you will know this. Overall it is a great place many different areas to do whatever you want skateboard, play football rugby, tennis, soccer, and running, etc. I mean it even has people fishing the because it backs onto the canals so really is a great place to relax ill take the kids let them run around and wear themselves out so when you get home the tired and...

This is arguably the best skate park on the Gold Coast (it was good enough to hold an international scooter freestyle competition here with the worlds best riders competing). The skate community here is generally very well behaved and there is a great variety for all ages and experience levels. You usually find all three sports here at once (Skate, Scooter and BMX riders) and there is plenty of parking and shade available. I have been to a huge number of Australian skateparks and my son always can spend so many hours here perfecting his skills. Really recommended!! Bring your SPF50 and a hat/helmet as it is always a hot day. The surrounding park and lake are great for a dog-walking opportunity at the same time.

This place is a beautiful little park located in Miami that I found by accident when doing a photo shoot for client and we would just walking around and found a little grove of trees at the back which are beautiful for any sort of photography sessions that you may have and need inspiration for the color of the trees. Really complements just about any color that I've seen as well as the overall structure of the park is nice and laid out where everyone has their own space and there is plenty of room for all. It is easily one of my more favorite places to go when I'm in the Gold coast as it's nice and quiet and tucked away in such a way that you wouldn't even know that you're so close to the city.
