Shady with popular playground and exercise equipment. Historical information about the sugar industry features alongside war memorials. Complete with public toilets and drinking fountains, tennis court, stage, picnic areas, and bus stop. At the centre of an outer-suburb village, this park is the perfect venue for community events including Christmas carols, ANZAC service, monthly markets, Sugar Solstice country fair, annual Pyramid Race. Family and pet friendly.

Always a lovely park combining history of the Gordonvale area & facilities for young & old alike. Plenty of seats to sit & enjoy a coffee from one of the cafes on Norman St.

Nice spot for everyone to use, smack in the middle of Gordonvale, either great lawns, play area and the Cane Toad Memorial.

Stopped to have my lunch here on the far side, opposite the train station where parking was easier for my motorhome under the shade of the tree, no seats but was no drama for me as I just got the camp chair out to sit in the shade of the tree. Even though it was a bit noisy from the sugarcane mill, there was lots of bird life to listen to. Walked over to use the toilets & they were quite...
