Very quiet and beautiful beach, and definitely one of the best beaches on North Stradbroke Island. There's two main entrances to the beach, one being stairs and the other being a sandy ramp. Dogs are allowed on leash on the beach which is great.

Relatively easy access, one of the quietest beaches. Not patrolled, nor under direct Surf Life Saving camera visibility, so swim at own risk. Great little swimming trough , close to the access track.

Pristine beach, clean surroundings and awesome view of the beach! I saw some surfers playing with the waves :)

Dead Man's Beach is another popular beach located on North Stradbroke Island, off the coast of Queensland, Australia. It is known for its rugged and wild beauty, offering visitors a unique coastal experience.

Dead Man's Beach is situated on the eastern side of the island, near Point Lookout. The beach is characterized by its long stretch of sandy shoreline, rocky outcrops, and crashing waves. The name "Dead Man's Beach" is derived from the dangerous conditions that can sometimes prevail, making it unsuitable for swimming. The beach is known for its strong currents and is primarily recommended for experienced surfers and experienced beach walkers.

While swimming is generally discouraged due to the hazardous conditions, Dead Man's Beach is a great spot for coastal walks, beachcombing, and enjoying the stunning scenery. It's an ideal place to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the island and take in the power of the ocean.

When visiting Dead Man's Beach, it's essential to exercise caution and adhere to any safety warnings or signage provided by local authorities. Always be aware of your surroundings and be mindful of the ocean conditions.
