Just finished the rest of my AFF course at Skydive Jurien Bay and honestly can’t speak highly enough of the crew. Every single instructor and staff member was a lord (or lordette) – full of support, no egos, just good humans who want to see you progress and froth it as much as they do.

The stoke was real here and all the staff’s energy is contagious and made it way easier to shake off the nerves each day. They’ve created a space where you actually feel safe when you don’t nail a jump and spend the time to help you learn, and get better. Feedback was always clear, useful, and grounded – no weird sky-god complex, just solid crew and good humans who care.

The biggest thanks to my instructors Brett, Shelby, Shane, Rainer and Tim who I was lucky enough to jump with- I’m so grateful to have shared those epic times in the sky with all of you! Thank you Matt (Kiwi) and Dylan for the knowledge, hop n pop and solo dispatches and to Tom for all the on ground wisdom and froth, keen to jump with you all next time when I’m back out west! Cheers Raven for helping to organise it all and slotting me in last minute! And to Terry- what a legend you are! Thanks for packing my chute each time, for all the smooth openings and for the best vibes after every jump.

Just had my very first skydive on Saturday and what an amazing experience!! It was a surprise birthday gift and I only found out about it the moment I arrived in Jurien Bay from Perth that morning. Best present ever!! Skydiving has been something I have always wanted to try and I am so happy that I got to do it with Skydive Jurien Bay. The staff and crew were super friendly, fun and reassuring which was great for me considering how nervous I was. By the time I was harnessed up and into the plane my nerves took on a whole new level. But at no point was I worried about safety as I knew I was in really good hands with my instructor Mikey who was awesome throughout so a massive Thankyou!! Can't wait to jump again! The feeling of falling was the most exhilarating experience ever and I will definitely be returning. The deluxe video/photo package was worth every cent and I am so glad I opted for it. The footage taken by Robin our outside cameraman was amazing he did an incredible job capturing all moments and I would recommend it to everyone. The footage and photos were priceless. Most of it incredible and some just plain hilarious! But you gotta have a sense of humour as it just made the whole experience 😜 My family and friends have all commented on how gorgeous the view was and that's what really topped it off the beautiful location. All in all I can not fault the service and experience at Skydive Jurien Bay. I absolutely can not wait to return soon with friends and family I have recruited and do it all again only this time I will make sure I get a good nights rest before. Thanks...

I bought my partner a ski dive for his birthday. It kept getting pushed further and further back through the day and wasn’t given a reason why and the weather was perfect so just not good organisation. Ended up doing it 3.5 hours later. Then my partner had no idea how to use the parachute if anything was to happen to his instructor so I told the instructor who didn’t listen and then went on to say how he didn’t know what he was doing and was joking around. Not professional at all and very disrespectful.

In response to your comment there is a clear lack of communication. Tell customers why they are being pushed back time and time again whilst others are skydiving, even if that was because of something that happened earlier in the morning. I think that is a small thing to ask and it shouldn't take a bad review and a bad experience to be reassured that my partner was in safe hands instead of making our genuine concerns into a joke. You may know all there is to know about sky dives but we don't and it turned our experience into a bad one. This isn't the only review outlining the companies lack of communication with others experiencing a similar thing but seen as you see no problem. Good...
