Not only did this restaurant lack the most basic service etiquette, but it also showed disgusting indifference and irresponsibility in handling customer complaints. When I found bugs in my meal, I was shocked and uncomfortable. However, what is even more outrageous is that the restaurant's response was to simply remove the bugs without immediately replacing the meal or taking any responsible remedial measures. This perfunctory attitude completely ignored the customer's food safety and dining experience, which made me feel extremely disgusted and despised. As a customer, we expect a safe and hygienic dining environment, and respect to be properly resolved when there is a problem. However, this restaurant not only failed to meet the most basic standards, but its subsequent handling method was even more outrageous. When we tried to communicate about this issue, the restaurant responded by using violent means to expel customers! This behavior completely exceeds the bottom line of any legal business premises. It is not only a threat to the personal safety of customers, but also a serious violation of basic business ethics. A restaurant that should provide a warm dining experience, but treats customers in such a rude way, is simply an unacceptable atrocity. What is even more infuriating is that I strongly feel that this restaurant has serious racial discrimination problems. Throughout the incident, their attitude and handling methods made me doubt that this is not just poor service, but also malicious behavior based on racial prejudice. This discrimination against a specific ethnic group not only violates the principles of social fairness and justice, but also casts a darker and more infuriating shadow on this already terrible experience. I strongly urge relevant units to face up to the behavior of this store. Whether it is food hygiene, service attitude, the way of trea in handling customer complaints. In this perfect location is the Jurien bay beach cafe, without the afternoon wind it is definitely the best positioned service in town. It’s a shame that it is being run like a large hogs breath cafe rather than the small intimate local diner that it should be, sitting at our table all we could hear was “beep beep beep” from the annoying buzzers telling you that your food is ready, the cafe is not that big that they can’t offer table service, this would eliminate the annoying buzzer sound over the ocean waves, but not only that it would fix, table service would Put more people on the floor to not only offer exceptional customer service but it would allow the cafe to stay on top of the seagulls waiting for their next free feed as somebody left with food still On the table, twice a glass was knocked off a table by a seagul as it came in for a feed not to mention the multiple other times this happened without anything breaking, we were seated outside during our experience and after a few times I started bringing in the plates my self. Now to our order, I want to start by saying that the owner of the cafe had made the right decision putting the Canadian (maybe American?) girl who serves drinks to be the main host, she was fantastic, friendly and delivered great customer service, the young man at the till required some training, I hope he gets it. We ordered a house white wine, a beer, salmon baguette and a fish burger but instead of a white wine my partner got a champagne and instead of a fish burger I got a chicken burger. I bought this to the attention of the Canadian (maybe American) waitress and she rectified the mistake very quickly and I appreciated that a lot. However i am very glad I did not order a chicken burger in the first place. The first rule of any cafe or restaurant that is likely to succeed is that the food should always be FRESH, so a word of warning to anyone who reads this, if you order a chicken burger you can expect a frozen crummed and processed chicken patty, like a big chicken nugget sort of, in your burger. that really bugged me especially when the burgers are served in a nice high quality Potato bun. As far as I can tell the fish in the burger that I ordered originally was fresh, it may have been frozen before but I think it was local fish.
One other little thing that could be fixed quite easily is that the entrance in and out of the cafe is right where the till is, creating congestion and confusion at the till.

I went to order tacos with a side of chips, the person taking my order said can only order chips when ordering a main meal, so I proceeded to order 5 main meals and two kids meals and said can I plesse get chips with the tacos. NO!! I Said but I've just ordered 5 meals ! Still no and it was the fact the you were saying no, your tone and lack of customer service was appalling! After my partner paid for all the food, my Dad who was standing with is went to order drinks to go with the $150 worth of food we had just ordered and you then told him you couldn't serve him alcohol because he wasn't ordering food, when u could clearing see we were the same group dining. I was told there is a chip shortage and you NEEDED the chips for kids meals, sorry but should we not be serving kids fish and salad or nuggets and salad.
Honestly four staff members stood behide the bar talking to us all like idiots when it clearing stated on your menu said side of chips $6.50.
When our food was delivered the medium/rare steak was well done with mushroom sauce not peppercorn and the tacos were a bowl of sauce out of a jar and some stale cut up salad I was to make my own tacos, looked like left over salad from lunch burgers. The chips.... were stale, and disgusting.... should of saved my $6.50. Frozen crumbed chicken chicken served to my Dad!

Never once was I rude, wish I had viewed your reviews before dining wouldn't of wasted our money. We are not the only people who have the same view, your lack of customer service was terrible but your lack of self reflection is event more disappointing.. The problem began with you're staff inability to effectively communicate. Her words were "chips can only be ordered with a main,"
What she ment to say were chips will only be supplied with a main that they come with, even though your menu states side of chips for $6.50. Don't know why I wasted my time they were horrible tasted like cardboard.
Your disgusting response not only to my review but many others speaks volumes!! Proof will be in your business, you are sure to get one of customers because of your location but repeat business when people experience your staff and customer service will be far and few between!!!
