I have never reviewed any stores , but felt the need to review this particular one. I attended to return a product as my son did not fit it nor like it. The person who served me was annoyed that I was returning it, tried to get me to have a credit voucher instead of a refund, and did not give me back my original purchase receipt as she said I would not require it. Instead of processing a refund, Lululemon CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THE PRODUCT I HAD JUST RETURNED. 4 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND ONLINE CHATS later, I have finally received my refund. I had to trawl through my credit card statement to prove that I had purchased the product because the person who served me disposed of it and assured me I would not require it. I have never encountered this with any other store in my 53 years. If I could give Lulu lemon 0 stars, i would. PLEASE CHECK YOU BANK STATEMENTS TO ENSURE YOU GET YOUR REFUND.

Three times I needed to interrupt conversation on separate occasions, including Manager who was also talking pay and conditions with another staff member. Chat later guys. Also manager informed couldnāt remove item (shorts) from mannequin in window, as no staff available to do so, and this product was available in the city. Great. Or tomorrow when they do mannequin tonight, great, not helpful. Looked simple enough, shorts off, shorts on, take about 3mins to change and make a sale!
