Reason for a 1 star rating is that went to the markets to get a meal at the food court around 3pm so not busy . When I get my meal I go to get cutlery. Guess what no spoons no forks only knives. Iam having a laksa so house here ,proceed to the next station still no spoons or forks. I ask one of the table cleaners she says go over to the far side and check there. Seriously leave my food unaccompanied and go 30 to 40m on the otherside . She eventually went and got me a spoon and fork . 5mins for my search another 5mins for her to get to me. Another 5mins later a cleaner walks around slowly filling the empty box of cutlery. I was of 3 people chasing spoons and forks that I was aware of at the time. The food court is great as far as tasty foods available but BYO cutlery if you want to eats your food when it arrives and if you like it warm .Also rang the main number when I waiting to find cutlery as expected no answer ,maybe they were out buying cutlery or cleaning it out the back. Service obviously not a priority at Malaga markets. Hint get your staff to be a bit more aware of what's going on in your facility and customer care. Would not have written this if your cleaner said no worries I will go get one ,rather than go check on the otherside they might...

Super casual and can be relaxing stroll through..Free entertainment as your heads on a swivel if your tbere for first time and love browsing. Often staged entertainment adds to appeal.Athough needs more interesting stalls but ultra handy to grab a bite (recommend gozleme-yumbo!) The other stalls include fliwers,$2 shop, bricka brak, cgeap clothing and other specialty stire are achieving higher qyality finally..There's perfect stalls for gift giving like a new laser store that goes as dar as your imagination can to personalize chopping boards, slate and ither marerials.Great grab ticket hairdressing with a brilliant hair stylist Moana ,Amy and gang at Nail salon also lovely.Really hopeful the new owners pick up game with fruit and veg..keep fresh juice going-devine,fresh frozen yogurts are seriously good but that took away salsa's and bruchetta mix which was reason to visit alone. Please consider updating alfresco and a welcoming dog friendy environment.People generally love spending time with their poochs on weekends (the main time the markets are open) especially if they work all week.Toilets...

Sometimes visit the markets for a meal and not much else as, quite frankly, they're well overdue for an overhaul. Like most markets these days the business has declined due to weekend trading at shopping centres, covid, etc etc

The fruit and vegetable area has changed and is better than it had been before. They have some plants for sale in there too and their pots of gerbera's are a good price. The coffee joint is a mixed bag of good service to apathetic depending on the day.

The food court and beyond has some pretty good food and some of the owners are really nice too. Service with a smile and a good cooked meal is all that you can ask for really, and several of them do just that.

The music around the food court can be way too loud which is unfortunate. The duo that do the country/rock are not too shabby but it needs to be turned down a notch or two for it to be more enjoyable. The karaoke is dreadful and should be avoided if you hate karaoke as much as I do.

There's really not much of interest in there beyond the food these days, it's a...

Visited the markets last weekend was great ,the food options are good, they have a wood model shop were you can purchase a pack of your choice many different designs (star wars space ship)many to choose from. There's a little hipi shop lots catches the eye clothing. We went there about 10 o'clock so wasn't to crowded. Mama Marie's little shop on the outside of the markets (red & white table cloths) next to the coffee shop (that will not serve you if it's 1.40 pm during the week )anyway mama Marie's has a great selection of pickeled veg and sells a great fresh filled roll.

Absolutely loved our Sunday morning at Malagasy Markets! The vibe was just beautiful — warm, welcoming, and full of life. Families gathered in the cosy food court area, sharing meals and laughter, and the whole space had such a laid-back, community feel. The food was delightful, with a wonderful variety of cuisines to choose from — everything from the sambos, grilled meats, and sweet treats were all bursting with flavour!. And, you could tell everything was made with heart. The stallholders were genuinely lovely. A perfect mix of culture, food, and community spirit !
