Ordering was easy and I had them delivered to Brisbane. The flowers were very fresh, unbruised and put together nicely to fit into the delivery container. The cardboard container had a lovely message printed on top, a great idea that adds value, in my opinion. Some flowers were hidden and needed to be pulled out into position, which enhanced the appearance even more. That was fine, obviously necessary for the packaging. The entire product seemed to be very well presented on the website including an informative message that the sweets would be delivered in a plastic bag for food hygiene reasons. I imagined the bag of sweets would be nestled into some coloured crepe paper, as seen in the website photo. In reality they sat in the top corner of the cardboard box, without any decorative paper. I took a quick screen shot as she opened the box on face time. I had added chocolate love hearts to my order and they were wrapped in blue crepe paper in the bottom corner, which looked ok. I'm saying presentation needs to better resemble the advertised product. Once out of the box it looks fine, the presentation needs to look that good when the gift receiver first opened the box. I paid $139, which doesn't feel like great value but I don't often purchase flowers, so it's an uneducated opinion. Delivery was prompt and I got tracking that informed me when it was delivered. I called up immediately, it was supposedly ābumpedā up in the queue to arrive 4pm. Didnāt arrive and tracking still showed 6 stops. Called again and was told it was 4 mins away. 15 mins later (10 mins before close of business and the recipient going on leave for over a week) I called back and was told the girl I spoke to thought I was someone else and so my order in fact had not been escalated. This was despite the tracking having notes that clearly say 8.30-4.30 delivery. I ended up embarrassingly having to go into the recipients office and ask for her personal address so they could redirect there....
