I first encountered this shop, way back when in 2014. Back then, I was somewhat bemused as to its seemingly ghostly presence. It wasn't like your usual butcher shop with a full window display. After several months of puzzlement, I decided to go in. The best pork and fennel sausage in Melbourne, in my own experience without a doubt.
