I first encountered this shop, way back when in 2014. Back then, I was somewhat bemused as to its seemingly ghostly presence. It wasn't like your usual butcher shop with a full window display. After several months of puzzlement, I decided to go in. The best pork and fennel sausage in Melbourne, in my own experience without a doubt.

Now, almost ten years later, coming to a full decade later, the sentiment rings true. I've yet to find better Italian pork abs fennel sausages in Melbourne, simply divine. It does not look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you, the reward is worth it. Judging by the amount of customers that know what's what, especially during the Christmas period, this is definitely a butcher, albeit restricted in offerings, that you'll want to visit.
