I typically don’t write negative reviews, but my recent experience at panthers has compelled me to share my feelings, not just for myself but for those who might consider visiting with family.

First, I want to acknowledge that the venue is quite lovely. The play area for kids is fantastic and kept them entertained, which truly made my day easier. However, the positive notes end there.

We chose Pathers specifically for the advertised "Kids Eat Free" night, hoping to enjoy a good meal while keeping costs down. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived only to be informed that this deal expired last week! This isn’t just a minor slip-up; it's a major miscommunication that could have been easily prevented by updating their website.

Upon researching further, I discovered reviews from other patrons who had faced the same issue just a month prior. It’s disheartening to see a restaurant perpetuating this kind of misleading advertising, leaving families in a lurch. When we expressed our concerns, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to honor the promotion that is still prominent on their site.

To make matters worse, the food itself was quite lacking. With countless dining options available, I regretted not choosing a more reliable place that might have offered better quality at a fraction of the cost.

I feel a sense of betrayal after my experience at Pathers. This restaurant has potential and could be so much more, but the subpar food and lack of customer service have tarnished its reputation for me.

Great happy friendly staff at reception,quick service as my friend had to renew her membership. The lady at the bar Tracey was also great, friendly and a happy smile and quick to serve us our drinks. Then we ordered from the cafe. Kate was asked twice if the vegetarian gluten free quiches had meat in them both times she said no, I asked they are the ones for $13 that comes with salad and hot drink, the reply was I don't know I'll have to check. I said well that's what's on your website, okay then was the reply. No happy smile, not friendly face here. We went and sat down my friend went and ordered mash potatoes and veggies from the other food area. We got all our food but both the gluten free vegetarian quiches had bacon in them. I also found a piece of cooked plastic in mine. I went to the counter to Kate and told her and was told yes we are looking for the vegetarian quiches for your friend as she had stopped a server walking by, do you want to eat the quiche that I had just taken the plastic out of? I would of thought it would of been an automatic replacement of the quiche. I was told we willl bring them over!. So I went back over to the table we ate the salad which didn't come with any salad dressing, and also ate the mash and veggies as they were starting to go cold. By the time we got the replacement quiches and salad which had the salad dressing on them this time we had finished the mash and veggies. The girls serving the food and especially Kate who really did not give the impression she wanted to be there did nothing to enhance our lunch experience.
