I have been a regular customer at this Donut King for over 15 years and have always regarded it as a convenient place to enjoy good coffee and to meet up with friends. The serving staff, though busy, are always welcoming, cheerful and efficient, and attention given to older customers is greatly appreciated. horrible experience. firstly asked for no cream in my ice mocha and confirmed it with order taker, then got cream. out drinks took about 20 minutes. person i was with got a mug for tea then had to wait 10 minutes for a cup. about a 40 minute wait for out toasties kept having to chase up our food. very slow service and very dirty dining area. the staff seem to prioritise take away orders over eat in orders. we had to wait another 20 minutes for 2 donuts. people who ordered a long time after us got their donuts before us then we had to go chase them up again. altogether wasted about an hour and a half trying to get...

Good little place for a quick treat. Coffee is usually very good but like everywhere depends on the barista.

Good selection of donuts & shakes & smoothies. Also have hotdogs & a few other savory snacks.

Downsides are that it is inside Settlement City & gets really noisy esp as it's situated next to Woollies, & even worse during busy periods. Seating can be at a premium during these times.
