The park is immaculately clean, reflecting the care and dedication of the maintenance staff.

Hot bead/Charcoal BBQs allowed- Large Black Hot bead bins on both sides of park . Undercover & non undercover areas with tables & seats. Natural shade areas. Multiple lawn areas(large area still wet & muddy after high rainfall). Wildlife area with hardworking rangers. Waterfall, river, ponds. Great for photography. FOUNTAIN CURRENTLY NOT WORKING. POND STILL RECOVERING FROM WATER WEED. Lots of parking off Merrylands Rd aswell as Paton St. & on street parking. Large undercover playground. Swing for children in wheelchairs currently out of order. Small shaded playground near Yarrabee Picnic area. 3 Undercover table & seating areas. (1 area Yarrabee can be booked). Many other table & seat areas overlooking lawn/ bush/ river & pond areas thru park. Kiosk & Tennis Courts can be booked.
