Mina Bakery & Sons — Restaurant in Sydney

So, I asked for beef pide. Dude serving me looks at me like I'm talking in an alien language, repeats "beef???" all incredulous like. I said, "yeah, beef, beef" - and point to the menu where it says "beef pide" behind him. He calls out to someone out the back in his language then stares at me. I'm waiting for him to ask me for the money but he's just staring and it was very uncomfortable so I pulled out the money in cash and gave it to him, which seemed to surprise him. I get home and it's NOT BEEF PIDE after all that!! It tasted like ham and also had mushrooms - I HATE HATE HATE mushrooms which is exactly why I asked for beef pide because it didn't have mushrooms in it.

Oh my god. Seriously get your act together, Mina Bakery & Sons! Get better customer service who can speak English and don't make people feel uncomfortable and know what's on...

Very unprofessional behaviour from the guy on the front . I specifically asked for a Lebanese chicken pizza and he assured me that it will be what I had asked for. Then in the end he made an Italian pizza. Not that I don’t like Italian pizza but I wanted to try Lebanese today and that’s why I made it clear to him multiple times.

His demeanour was not very respectful as he kept on talking about me with his mate in his own language and it was clear that he was making fun of me not knowing anything about Lebanese pizza. Though this place has got high ratings for food, I would give it zero just because of lack of respect for customer...

I go to the parking lot really hungry. In the distance Minas bakery stood out to me. I walk in to be greeted with a friendly man. I otdered one large peri peri pizaa and labni pide. And man it was amazing. I finsihed yhe food before i could take the photo. The peri peri bbq chicken pizza melted in my mouth and the pide was so fresh. The yoghurt twsted like it wqs made juts then.
