One of the Worst KFC stores I have ever been to, and considering I go to a lot and most are sub par, thats saying a lot.
I live locally and whenever I forget how bad the food and service is and decide "maybe it will be better this time" and get some, I am almost always disappointed,
Been here many times over the last 5 years, and whilst there have been improvements over the years they seldom stay, and the store reverts to being bad every time.
Main issues with it are the food quality, especially chips, almost always under cooked and barely salted (or every now and than far to over salted...its really not that hard to get correct) and thats if they haven't scraped the ones from the side that really should have been thrown out hours prior, the lettuce they use (especially later in the day) is often dry shriveled and brown (although to their credit sometimes its not) and chicken is normally what you would expect from KFC (neither great or terrible) at least in my experience (although there have been a few times where they even managed to mess that up)
Expect staff to be pretty bad at their job, with normally one person serving (if anyone bothers coming to the front and seeing you) and if there is a queue you might get a second person helping...although expect a long delay after ordering no matter how small your order as there is rarely enough of anything cooked at any one time.
my advise go to the macdonalds about 1 min away and avoid 'literally' the worst KFC...
Read moreI put an order through drive through for a BBQ bacon stacker in an original box, added some boneless chicken and a large popcorn chicken. When I got home to eat the burger, I found out that I had a normal original recipe burger. I called KFC to complain and they double checked my order. They advised they put it through wrong as an original recipe and offered me a refund. I drove back and they tried to offer me the burger I originally asked for. I politely declined and asked for the full refund as offered over the phone. They processed the full refund and apologised for their mistake. To the manager and staff on board, hats off for owning up to your mistake and making it right. Left as a very satisfied customer despite the frustration of not getting the burger I wanted to begin with. Thank you.

Anyway i waited 25 minutes.....yes 25 minutes....it was only by chance one of the guys saw me waiting and got my order ready...he said.." I'm so sorry i saw you waiting and thought id better complete your order" i told him i ha waited ages....and he offered me another drink. Word of advice!!!!....The staff you had on were standing around talking about what they were going to do the next weekend.😳.....the restaurant was a mess and for the time i was there no one came to clean the rubbish and tables. I understand uber eats etc come first, but get your priorities right...i ordered online well before the uber orders....and at one stage one of the young girls said "chicken in 1 minute" which didn't happen for another 10 minutes.
