Lovely statue of celebrated author Charles Dickens. It is interesting to note that any such thing was in direct opposition to his last wishes; he asked for his literary works to be his memorial. There are only 3 in the world, one in Portsmouth his birth place, one in Philadelphia and how lovely that we have this one here.
