Hisense gave out my daughters details to Max from dle services. He rang twice did not leave any msg as to who he was or why for the call. Max then took it upon himself to drive from Chatswood to the coast based on Hisenses authority to collect my faulty TV that was still under warranty. Max came to my home unannounced, claimed rang the door bell 3 times,knocked on my security screen and then my front window. Firstly no door bell and knocking on my front window is impossible, due to an enclosed security porch it is impossible to reach any windows .I do not trust this person who on authority of Hisense sent him to take my TV away to do who knows what ,more than likely at a cost to me,even though the TV is under a warranty. I will if choose to on recommendation find an alternative technician,locally. Also after checking on the missed call, I left a msg and requested a callback , no callback.. After 4 days I called Max again, when I queried as to why he was at my property, and informed him that I felt he had invaded my privacy and property coming to my door unannounced, his reply was anyone can come to your property. I informed him I did not want him near my property again and that I did not want him taking my TV. Approx 15 minutes later he called my mobile and informed he could come the following Saturday and collect the TV. I do not understand which part of No stay away from my home and no you are not taking my TV. Max did not understand.He was too pushy hence why I would never trust...
Read moreI bought a Hisense TV that had some problems shortly after purchase, and Hisense support directed me to the DLE Authorised Service Centre to have the TV repaired. I was really pleased with the professionalism and the quality of service I received from Max and Andy - they worked with me to arrange to repair the unit at my home, and when the unit couldn't be repaired they quickly arranged for it to be replaced. They personally took care of everything throughout the process - ordering replacement parts, delivering the replacement TV, and taking away the defective unit. Very responsive to both phone calls and emails and very easy to work with. Really can't recommend them highly enough for home electronics repairs...
Read moreI was having issues with my Hisense TV of 2 years. After asking for a fix (it was still under warranty), I was contacted by a service person called Max. I am impressed. Max was able to contact me, check out the TV and fix it with 0 hassles, and the best part was that it was done faster than the time it took me to lodge a warranty claim with JBHIFI. Max was friendly, helpful and professional, and if I have any other issues, I’d be more than happy to have him be my technician again...
