Designed so that it sprawls over three levels, Echo point is entered at the highest point as you walk in from the car park in Babbage Road. Went for dinner with my family after visiting the Blue Mountains to receive foul customer and pretty average food. We waited an hour for our food to arrive, to only be told they didn’t print our order (we ordered through QR code) when it was still on their system? We asked the “manager” for a partial refund and received a foul and unprofessional attitude from him. He refunded us the lot in cash but it seemed it was to shut us up and rush us out, although we were pretty pleasant considering?🤣
