Attended a party today with my 5 year old daughter. Ironically the last time I attended about 3 years ago I left unhappy also. Back then staff wouldnāt let us enter the Under 5 area with our then 2 year old. Apparently she had to go in on her own which she wouldnāt do. Today I took the same child who is now 5 years old to play in the same 5 & under area for over 30 minutes which she thoroughly enjoyed. I have video footage of her laughing and jumping on the large jumping pillow for over 15 minutes. Then when a new worker on a power trip started her shift in the area she decided to kick my daughter (and the party girl who turned 5 today) off the jumping pillow which clearly is not an under 5 piece of equipment even though it is in that area. When I said they would not be leaving she got another male worker to herd them off. The entire under 5ās area was empty and remained a ghost town the whole time we were there. This was apart from the 3-4 workers who stood talking to each other the entire time simply refusing kids the option in playing in the area. We wonāt be back. Firstly train your staff for consistency. Decide what your rules are and be consistent, young children donāt understand why one minute they can play somewhere and the next minute they canāt. Is it an under 5 area or is it a 5 and under area ? ā¦ā¦. make up your mind. The staff have very poor people skills aside of the guy who seemed like a manager or floor supervisor who I spoke to about my concerns. It honestly is just a production line of parties with no hosts or anyone organising anything apart from announcements over the PA system. Children...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHey Mums!! Do not bring your children here!! Have your parties elsewhere!! This place is horrible. Rude staff provide terrible service! We waited 15 mins for them to bring us a bin to put our party rubbish in, then yelled at us for being 7 mins over time. They had no patience for a special needs girl who just wanted to finish eating her cake. They threw our belongings at us and threatened to call the police and charge us double. Watch out for GI Connor, the pubescent manager. He is 15 and 9 months and feels thatās a good enough reason to follow you to the gate and back making threatening, snide comments in your ear and throwing your belongings at you while you try and gather your things. He only stopped when I yelled that I would be speaking to the owner on Monday! It wasnāt even my party!! I was an invited guest that was just trying to help put things in the cars because I was appalled at how our hosts were being treated and how theyāre guests were being spoken to. If youāre looking for a happy place with understanding staff for both parents and kids.. go somewhere else!!! This place is run by a bunch of high...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is my opinion, but others may not agree. Don't think it's worth $26 for kids. Narellan is $20 and St Mary's is $19, so don't understand why it costs more at Peakhurst. Would have gone to Narellan, but it was closed today and wanted to take my son and my niece out. Peakhurst was the closest, after Narellan. It's not very big, I'll stick to the one in Narellan, so much better. I know there's a section for under 5's, but there wasn't anyone in there. I asked if my son and niece could go in where the big jumping pillow was (don't know how under 5's would be able to get on it). Got told they'd had trouble with older kids fighting on it. If it was managed correctly, they could have let 2 people on at a time. No one was using it at all, so the young worker was pretty much standing in that area the whole time doing nothing. My son and niece would have had so much fun on the pillow. I think for the money that I paid, they should have been allowed. There were only 8 kids in total at the centre, for the last 2 hours before they closed. Staff were friendly, but I won't be back, simply due to the fact it's quite small...
