Where do I even begin with this review? Yesterday, five of my friends and I decided to dine at this restaurant, making a total of six people. The bill, to our surprise, came up to a staggering $1,200. This breaks down to approximately $200 per person, which seemed quite high given our dining experience.
Letâs delve into the specifics. For $200 per person, we were expecting a substantial and satisfying meal. However, we were sorely disappointed. The most glaring issue was the portion size. We were served just one plate of chicken, meat, and kafta. To say this was inadequate for six people is an understatement. It was laughable and borderline insulting.
The fact that the restaurant thought one plate of mixed meat was sufficient for a party of six is beyond me. As if this wasn't enough, we ordered two Fireball shots, and each one cost a shocking $17.50. Charging that much for a single shot is outrageous. We apparently we were given the most expensive kind of vodka, but nobody asked for it. $17 for a shot is not normal.
Please do not reply by stating this is untrue as I literally have a receipt and took videos of our night showing the table. This is also not the first time Iâve been here and that this has happened. I really have no issue with spending my money on businesses that arenât ripping...

Banquets apparently meant to be unlimited but I donât know, it just feels stupid to have to ask for more food to the table. I think your customers would feel a lot more at home if the waiters were monitoring the empty plates on the table and checking in with them to see if theyâd like more.
We were asked multiple times if we wanted more drinks, so the waiters were definitely looking out.
Also got pretty upset when we were told they donât make fresh aggy heads, but were charging the cost of a pineapple head for the argileh..
Other than this, the vibes are good, music is good, itâs nice that the music doesnât get loud til around 10/10:30 because it gives you time to relax a little with friends. Unfortunately I donât see myself...
Read moreI recently visited Legacy Lounge in Sydney and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The ambiance was lackingâwhat was meant to be an upscale, stylish setting felt dated and uncomfortable. The music was overly loud, making conversation nearly impossible, and the overall vibe just didnât match the hype.
Service was another letdown. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, taking ages to bring our orders and showing little interest in customer satisfaction. To top it off, the food and drinks were overpriced for what they offered: mediocre flavors and small portions that didnât justify the cost.
Overall, Legacy Lounge did not live up to expectations. With so many better options in Sydney, I wouldnât recommend wasting your time...
