Lovely bush setting and unique playground. My 2 year old loved it and didn't want to go home. Even though it was a hot day the large play structure was pretty shaded. My son enjoyed climbing across the netted ropes (though I had to go along with him so he could go down to the first level slide).
The mums are really lovely at this park and so friendly and there were a lot of toddlers similar age.
Some toddlers had brought large play trucks to push along the ramps which was a great idea and so much fun.
Lots of beautiful wildlife around too, with a resident cockatoo and rainbow lorakeet that live in the trees above the slides, also heard some kookaburras.
Some parts of the playground are in the sun like the swings and sandpit so if you want to make full use of all equipment probably best to go on a cooler day.
BYO your own toys for sand pit and if you don't want to get bitten by mozzies put on some repellant if going to the toilets.
If you are coming from far to visit this park best to pack lunch and head down to the water afterwards and make...
Read moreGreat place and playground. Everything seems well looked after and the kids love it. I believe this is better suited for 3 year olds and older. There are plenty of big obstacles and it is quite fun to watch the little ones push their limits.
There is plenty of room and no fences, so if your kids are runners or explorers you will have to be on watch constantly as the place is huge and very easy to get lost.
There are Toilets in the park but they are far from playground, so must plan for that too. Plenty of parking nearby and lots of places for nice picnics. No...
Read moreNice playground, with swings, slides, a flying fox, sandpits, and a big tower with climbing frames and a slide. The slide is a bit, let's say scary, as it's a tunnel slide, and at times you feel shortness of air, but luckily it's a 5-10 second slide, but some kids climb up the slide, even when it says no climbing, which can get dangerous, especially when somebody is going down. That is a bit of a problem, so I'd recommend making it an open slide, but yeah, besides that, the playground is good, lots of space for...
