Lovely bush setting and unique playground. My 2 year old loved it and didn't want to go home. Even though it was a hot day the large play structure was pretty shaded. My son enjoyed climbing across the netted ropes (though I had to go along with him so he could go down to the first level slide).

The mums are really lovely at this park and so friendly and there were a lot of toddlers similar age.

Some toddlers had brought large play trucks to push along the ramps which was a great idea and so much fun.

Lots of beautiful wildlife around too, with a resident cockatoo and rainbow lorakeet that live in the trees above the slides, also heard some kookaburras.

Some parts of the playground are in the sun like the swings and sandpit so if you want to make full use of all equipment probably best to go on a cooler day.

BYO your own toys for sand pit and if you don't want to get bitten by mozzies put on some repellant if going to the toilets.

If you are coming from far to visit this park best to pack lunch and head down to the water afterwards and make...

Great place and playground. Everything seems well looked after and the kids love it. I believe this is better suited for 3 year olds and older. There are plenty of big obstacles and it is quite fun to watch the little ones push their limits.

There is plenty of room and no fences, so if your kids are runners or explorers you will have to be on watch constantly as the place is huge and very easy to get lost.

There are Toilets in the park but they are far from playground, so must plan for that too. Plenty of parking nearby and lots of places for nice picnics. No...

Nice playground, with swings, slides, a flying fox, sandpits, and a big tower with climbing frames and a slide. The slide is a bit, let's say scary, as it's a tunnel slide, and at times you feel shortness of air, but luckily it's a 5-10 second slide, but some kids climb up the slide, even when it says no climbing, which can get dangerous, especially when somebody is going down. That is a bit of a problem, so I'd recommend making it an open slide, but yeah, besides that, the playground is good, lots of space for...

Junior adventures dream...wonderful park for young kids & parents too. Lots of picnic tables & park BBQ. We'll maintained by the council, toilets about 200m away 5minutes walk or 2min if you run. Lots of parking, water station available. This is a real bush park so theres no fences , keep an eye on the little ones.Lots of Bush walking and cycling tracks around, shared cycle/pedestrian & vehicle roads . Can be quite busy in the weekends, so visit early if you want to secure a picnic table.Nice to visit early in the morning.

UPDATE: the play area has recently had a FANTASTIC upgrade. LOTS of large play structures for kids, BBQ areas, zip line, sand pit, some good shading, and still surrounded by nice bush area. Toilets are still down by the beach or up by the sport oval. OLD REVIEW (still relevant): Great play and picnic area. Good play ground equipment. The old steam roller to climb on is always a hit. Good bbq and seats. Great bush area for walks and kids to run around. Only negative is the toilets are down by the beach
