This review is not referring to any particular branch, I only chose Mascot because that’s where I opened my account years ago.
I applied for a refinance loan over 8 months ago and it’s still not finalised. I keep being sent around in circles and not one person can explain to me why this is happening despite my repeated attempts. I’ve asked people to contact me about this but they just ignore it. I am at my wits end over this. None of this is due to issues on my part. I was told a month ago that I had approval and now I’m told I don’t and that I need to do this that and the other to get approval. If this was the case why wasn’t I told 8 months ago? Why do you keep sending me around in circles? What the hell is going on?
