Raleigh Park — Attraction in Sydney

The building of 97 Brompton rd has a record of poor maintenance. Lifts broken down, water heaters, hydraulic pumps, water pumps, gas leaks, water ingress(every second balcony has plants growing in the cement). The main detractor is that there are a large number of elderly committee members, most of whom are extremely petty, unreasonable, aggressive, simply nasty and malicious. There is a green slime/mould on the building due to lack of painting/cleaning.
