Wanda Beach — Attraction in Sydney

Avoid the sand dunes 😂 was invited to come for some fun and some sand dune drills.

These sand dunes are one of the hardest trainings I’ve done to date. Great experience tho and loved it!

The main part of the beach where the life guards are is beautiful with great facilities and amenities. Cafe looks great and make a good hot chocolate. AED is also onsite which is good for piece of mind. Hahaha

Plenty of parking and if you are there in the morning isn’t too packed. I find this beach isn’t as packed as the main part of Cronulla and still had all you need.

Definitely will be back...

Wanda is one of those places that I can never stray too far from. So sad that the mining that has taken place over the years, further north along the beach has had such a shocking impact on what must have been one of the most spectacular locations on the east coast. The politicians that signed off on the excavation work for the profit of an individual family have got a lot to answer for. And now licence has been given for more high cost housing, which will erod even further into this naturally beautiful area. I feel that the developers and those they pay...
